Whiteboard, LLC was founded in 2003 by Dr. Paul Marciano. Whiteboard prides itself on working with clients in an environment of active collaboration and mutual respect. We believe in delivering on our promises and making a difference for our clients. Thus, no client shall be invoiced for services which they consider to be ineffective or short of agreed upon expectations.
Dr. Marciano completed his Masters and Ph.D. at Yale University in Clinical Psychology where he specialized in behavior modification and motivation. Paul has served on the faculties of Davidson College and Princeton University where he has taught courses including Research Methods, Statistics, Survey Development and Leadership.
Over the past 20 years, Paul has worked with numerous private and public companies. Paul and Whiteboard's most recent clients include: Johnson & Johnson, United States Postal Service, New York Life, New Jersey Judiciary, Lumeta, Pilat International, and Mannington Mills.
Paul's expertise and experience is rooted as firmly in the "real world" as the academic one. He is founder of ColorMe Company – a U.S. based manufacturer of children's arts and crafts. ColorMe Company donates 10% of its gross proceeds to children's charities and is proud to have been recognized for its generosity by the Wall Street Journal in 2007.
